Enliven Psych + Health is a community located behavioral health practice specializing in assessment of mental health and substance use, along with providing individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents and adults. Services are also provided in formats of family, couples, and group therapies. A holistic approach is utilized to address the interconnected nature of health and each person’s needs to live better.
