Dorothy Day Hospitality House

The House is open to guests from 4 p.m. - 9 a.m. daily, and dinner is served at 6 p.m. each evening. We also offer laundry facilities, coffee, snacks, and the trademark hospitality that has long been foundational to the Dorothy Day House experience.
Beds are available to guests on a first come, first served basis
We require identification, sobriety, and a willingness to abide by the House Rules
Guests can stay up to 21 consecutive days and nights
There is no limit to the number of stays, however, the waiting time between stays is 2 months
We are open for visitors from 7-9 a.m. and p.m. daily
The house is open from 4 p.m. to 9 a.m. daily
Guest check-in is from 4-10 p.m. each evening
We serve adults ages 18 and over
We have toiletries and some gently used coats and accessories available, if needed
Goods and services are provided to guests free of charge by our generous donors and volunteers
