Olmsted County SUD Funding

Options for SUD assessments and treatment funding through Olmsted County.

A comprehensive assessment determines the type of substance use disorder (SUD) and the level of care the individual needs to sufficiently address and treat the substance use disorder.

SUD services are available to MA and MinnesotaCare recipients. Some people not enrolled with MA or MinnesotaCare may also access SUD services through CCDTF (Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Fund) financial eligibility requirements. Individuals having private or publicly funded medical insurance may qualify for CCDTF payment if their insurance does not fully cover SUD treatment services. This may include copays, coinsurance or a deductible.

You will be asked to provide proof of income (pay stubs, bank statements, etc.) and proof of residency at the time of application to allow the county to determine if you are eligible for this assistance.
