Free, confidential helpline for families who have a loved one struggling with substance use. Also offering peer led online support groups for parents, and 1:1 peer coaching for parents if preferred.

Support is available in English and Spanish. All communications are confidential and services are provided free of charge, with the exception of any messaging or data rates incurred.

Specialists are available:

• Monday-Friday, 10am–8pm ET

• Saturday & Sunday, 12pm–5pm ET
